Brand new 7000 square foot two story house, nested in the hills of the San Bernardino Mountains.
Outdoor entertainment area, fully furnished with a 3D television system, above the gas fireplace, tow gas heaters at the short sides and a ceiling light/fan suspended from exposed beams and four exterior led lights at the posts. all the equipment rated for exterior use.
Family room converted into a full home theater, with seven surround speakers and a subwoofer hidden into the cavity of the old fireplace, under the new electric fireplace.
